  Over $3000 was stolen from my account. I filed a dispute on the same day of this happening. Nearly two weeks later, I’ve been getting next to no help. I’ve had to wade through ludicrously long wait times over the phone, and in person, to simply check on the progress of the dispute. The service representatives seemed just as clueless as me. They either told me there was little they could do, or gave me empty promises. If you link up with this bank, they will do little to assist you when things get bad.

  Went in and opened an account yesterday. It was quick, painless & a pleasant experience. Victoria helped me, she was fantastic!

  Went in today to open a business account. Was given incorrect information as to the classification of my business and told that they would not open the account for me. They classified my business as a money service business. I am not a money service business. I don't sell any sort of currency or exchange currency or sell money orders. I own a collection agency. As soon as I said that I could see the look of horror on the woman's face behind the desk. She ran off tapped something on the computer and came back over and said we're sorry but your type of business is considered a money service business and we don't open accounts for that type of business. When I tried to explain that I was not a money service business they simply said sorry can't help you. All you have to do is go online and check the federal government's definition of a money service business. Don't lump my business into a category where it does not belong. Anyway I went down the street and open my account with another bank. $10,000 initial deposit lost with easily $25,000 per month in deposits moving forward. If you're looking for a business-friendly bank this is not the place you want to go.

  Banking is so much more enjoyable since I switched over to Service Credit Union. I have Savings, Checkings, and car loans with them. I highly recommend SCU to anyone who is eligible. Their online banking is also the cleanest I've experienced in the industry. Great rates, great customer service, and no complaints.

  I have had my savings there for 4 years. I wanted a bank check for a large amount, so I didn't have to carry the cash. I was told that there is a $3.00 fee. So I withdrew the money and went to a more local bank and got it for free.

  Went in on a Saturday to open an account, was told I'd have to wait after filling out all the paper work and waiting in line three different times (over an hour, felt like I was at the DMV) then get a call back Monday to see where my application is; and at TEN AM on Monday morning, nobody was around to answer the phone. Unbelievable.

  I love this Bank until tonight :( they are charging me 10 dollars on my checking account now like !@#$ so what if I keep all my money in savings maybe I don't like large balances available in checking what if I loose my card ?? Going to One credit Union as soon as my taxes drop. So after 8 years WE ARE THROUGH !!!!!!

  Everytime I go to this branch I am pleasantly surprised by the associates working here. I have been lucky enough to work with Amanda on a number of occasions and she is great.

  I’ve been banking with Service Credit Union for over 20 years and they have always treated me like royalty. There is no place better in the area to do your banking!
