  I recently got car financing through this credit union at the dealership. I have been trying to reach them ever since, 10 days ago. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person at this bank! I supposedly have a loan with them but have received no communication from them directly. I'm grateful for the financing, but already unhappy with the customer service.

  I have been a member for over 13 yrs. I love the credit union. My only 2 complaints is the location in Keene, it is suicide pulling out onto winchester street its impossible to make a left hand turn so you have to turn right, go down the road pull into a business on the left side of the street to change direction, and the lack of service credit union ATM locations. I wish they had a couple satellite spaces like they have in walmart in Concord and other NH towns.

  I recently opened a money market account and had to jump through hoops for about a week. This sounds like a terrible experience, and for the most part it WAS super frustrating. However, Sarah Dumont from the Keene branch changed it all around. Although she could not fix the problem herself, she followed through with contacting the right people and got back to me as soon as she found out anything, as promised. Just feeling like she cared about my frustrations from the past week made everything better. (I had spoken to SO many SCU employees) Thank you, Sarah

  I have had an account at Service Credit Union for over 20 years. Best bank I have ever dealt with. I have always had any issues dealt with promptly and courteously. Have moved to several different states and it has filled my needs no matter where. Would highly recommend SCU.

  Great experience with Kevin T. In the Keene branch. My daughter and I needed to take out a personal loan. Kevin was professional, conscious of our time constraints and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend.

  Worse bank ever! I’ve been waiting on a call back from the fraud department or a specialist for almost a month now. I’ve call everyday asking to speak to someone to slice my issue and every time the agent says I can take your number down and have a specialist call me back. As soon as my final deposit is made to this bank I’m closing my account and telling everyone whom I know that’s military or a vet like myself that we aren’t treated well by this company and our financial concerns aren’t a priority. Never have I been a part of a bank and an agent tell me they can’t help me. DO NOT BANK WITH SERVICE CREDIT UNION!!!!!

  Nice bank to bank at if you do your banking at SCU. Tellers are always in a good mood. Two Atms, one drive thru and one inside the front door.

  I had a horrible experience here! Long story short they were taking my money and putting it in the wrong account the whole time! Now over $1500 is gone. I have not heard back from the "back office" ... even after following up multiple times... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  I've had service credit union over 20 years.i would not go anywhere else. There a fantastic bank and have always been professional and great to there customers.
