  I went to Serpentini this past Thursday to trade in my Jeep Patriot because it wasn't everything that I wanted. I had my set on a 2012 Jeep Compass and needless to say that's what I got. Zach Bauer was so polite and kind and very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He even showed me how to anchor my sons carseat in. Also, the finance manager was able to get me some great payments and interest rate as well.

  Purchased a used truck from them. Upon test driving it had some obvious issues. I agreed to purchase the truck if they were resolved. After I took possession and drove for several weeks, it wound up having blown up pipes and exhaust manifolds. $3k later the issues were resolved. Either their mechanic is incompetent or they fraudulently sold a defective vehicle without disclosing it. They should focus more on inspecting vehicles prior to sale and less on texting you on your birthday, calling to check on how things are, sending you 1 year anniversary letters, and wasting your time giving you a tour of the dealership. Maybe if you eliminated all the fringe BS you could sell cars at a fair market value and hire a mechanic thats not amish. UPDATE: The sarcastic reply only further emphasizes my point. Dont sell a product above market price with major mechanical issues and not disclose them.

  Mr Mccarty you purchased a 2008 Vehicle (12 years old) a FULL year ago. While it should break in half, or have major problems. Parts don't last forever, there are 2008 parts on that truck. - I do see it was also marked As-is. We will take you off our contact list.   We stopped in today to have a look at a used vehicle that I found on the web. We were greeted by Jess Short, and were walked thru the process of buying it. We haggled some and finally they met me with a good offer. Jess was very helpful, and even filled the tank with fuel! We're driving her home! Great belated Christmas present! Thanks Jess!

  The staff and customer service they provide is always above and beyond for me! I really appreciate that I dont feel like just like a "customer". Joe is usually the service guy I have and he always has a smile and also recently had the pleasure of dealing with a connor? I'm so sorry I dont recall. But above all tonya is absolutely outstanding as well and I beyond appreciate what she and the other have done for me and my vehicle here! Thank you very much

  Unlike other dealers who promise the moon and Sun these guys deliver. They dragged my credit through the mud but I couldn't be happier, got the truck we wanted and the interest rate that was very good. And they rolled over the negative equity into it all. Definitely earned repeat business. Make sure you ask for Ray. He'll take good care of you.

  I went to Serpentini just to "look" and found a great truck. Eric was very helpful by finding the vehicle to match my needs. He was not pushy at all, worked with me, and even provided a snickers and lunch! I even got a full tank of gas! Very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend Serpentini.

  Had oil, filter and tires rotated as scheduled. While there, they found a leak I had been concerned with. They took me back and showed me what was happening. Made the repair while I waited. No making another appt. and having to come back. I no longer live in the area, so would be easier to go some place closer (especially since my vehicle is not a Chevrolet or Buick) to have my GMC Acadia repaired. My husband recently passed away and I know he would be pleased that I come to a place he trusted. AND the young man that worked on my vehicle was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands. Thank you!

  This time I had trouble with a little-worn tire which I had to replace and buy due to the fact tires purchased at the dealership do not include any road hazard coverage! Nobody told me this and I made the mistake of assuming it was included. I have purchased at least 4 sets of tires for different cars and never knew that road hazard was not included. I will most likely not buy tires from a dealership again.

  My experience was the BEST ever when it came to purchasing a new car. I have bought 4 used cars and 12 new cars in my life so far. This was the most stress free experience and the easiest process. My salesperson, John Williams, knew a lot about the 2018 Chevy Traverse 3LT I was looking at. As an engineer, one of the things I pride myself on is my detailed research. And this applies to all car purchases. A typical salesperson at a typical dealership knows some "stuff" about the new car, but most times I know a lot more than the salesperson. I end up teaching the salesperson. This is the first time I learned something from my salesperson. John Williams was telling me things about the Traverse that was not on You Tube videos, on car buying websites, or even on Chevy's website. For example, he told me about how Chevy made the cargo floor cover out of a different, stronger material than the previous model. As silly as it sounds, that was quite impressive because one of my minor complaints about my previous 2013 Traverse LTZ was the cargo floor cover because it was not very strong, and started to bend and collapse from putting heavy items on it over the last 5 years. Well the new 2018 Traverse now has a reinforced floor cover. It looks like a carbon fiber "type" material (it is not though) and is super stiff and strong. So not only was it impressive how Chevy did this, but it was impressive how John knew this and shared it with me. And there were a lot more things like that. The sales experience was fantastic. The new car price was exactly as we discussed and agreed. And my trade-in value was very fair. My wife didn't believe me when I told her that I did not have to haggle on the trade-in value of my car. I always have to haggle. Every dealership has always "low balled" my trade-in car. Not this time. John and Serpentini Chevrolet gave me more (yes, more) than the AutoTrader's guaranteed trade-in value. And again, with no haggling. They literally offered me a great trade-in value on the first time. Who does that? I actually thought I was on one of those Candid Camera type videos to see my reaction on the great trade-in price. As you can see from my long winded review, this was the best experience I have EVER had buying a car. I should also note that I NEVER complete these type of surveys, nor do I write nice things about salespeople or their business. I have extreme high expectations of everyone and everything, which unfortunately makes my car buying experiences more stressful than it should be. But not this time; it was the BEST experience ever. My wife loves her new 2018 Chevy Traverse 3LT.

  Tanya the service manager is the best. She has never let my wife and I down when it comes to taking care of my wife's Chevy Spark. We recently had a remote start put on and through email Tanya took care of everything. I like the fact I can just send an email to get things taken care of and scheduled it helps me explain what I want done much easier then being on the phone. Tanya always responds quick to my emails as well. We will always take our Chevy to Serpentini as long as Tanya is the service manager. Thanks for a great experience.
