  My experience at Seneca savings, Liverpool branch has been nothing less than perfect!!! Annette and the team at this branch have worked with me in helping with my business and personal accounts. The customer service that Annette and her team provide is second to none !!!! Being a business owner and being in the customer service business I feel that I know the importance of great customer service!!!!! And how important it is to make each and every one of your customers feel welcomed and important!!!!! Annette and the team and the Liverpool branch do just that!. I look forward to having a very long and successful relationship with them and Seneca saving bank. Annette Sherwood Fischer in my opinion is an outstanding asset to Seneca savings!!!!   Greetings, this review is on behalf of Annette Sherwood-Fisher at the Seneca Savings Liverpool branch on Oswego road-rt. 57. Annette and I have known each other for a little over ten years now and I am always grateful for her professional approach to my banking needs. I have been so impressed with her attention to the finite details of myself and others that I decided to close my account at my previous bank and do my banking at Seneca Savings. I had the opportunity to sit down with her where she explained to me the advantages of moving my accounts to Seneca Savings. One account that I transferred was that of a Home Equity line of credit. This turned into a bit of an issue as Seneca required flood insurance on the property in question. Annette, much to her credit and kindness, took it upon herself to assist me in a way that went above and beyond what she needed to do to assist me and I am happy with this company and attained reasonably priced flood insurance. This is solely because of Annette's steadfast professionalism and dedication to her customers. I am grateful and thankful for her efforts. I am now in my fourth month of using Seneca Federal Savings bank and I could not be happier with my decision The customer service by all the branch employees is wonderful. and everyone that I have met is friendly and accommodating. Needless to say- I am very pleased with my banking experience. Thank you Annette, you are very talented, friendly and have an exquisite manner about you that exemplifies your dedication to the customers that you go out of your way to assist. I would recommend Annette Sherwood-Fisher to all my friends in examining their banking needs with Seneca Savings.
