Bob Giacobbi3Website hours need to be updated as I wasted my time and gas driving to the Morgan road branch. Website says the drive through was currently open and when I got there at 8:15 the teller walked away from the window and the paper sign says the drive through opens at 8:30, this is so aggravating 😡

Christine Gardinski4Since covid the drive through teller takes forever. Waiting a half hour in line is unacceptable. Employees are friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go into lobby again. Can go to a professional sports game and into a restaurant but can't go into a bank. They are carrying this way too far.

Gina R.5I have been a member of Empower for many years (going back to the Power FCU days). I have kept all my accounts with Empower because they are a fantastic credit union that has great rates, and really treats you like family. The staff at the Morgan Rd location are wonderful! They know your name and always greet you with a smile. They are exceptional at helping you with whatever financial matters you need. I also enjoy this location because even on busy days, you aren't waiting in line forever.

joe leombrone1After waiting in line for 40 minutes, was told they didn't have time to help me open an account because they had other people to help . I thought waiting my turn in line took care of that . Terrible customer service . SECNY was more than happy to take on a new customer .
