  I have used this company twice to refinance my home. We worked with Bobby D. mainly, who is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and now a friend. However, the whole team at Fairway was involved and invested in us. They consistently delivered on everything they said they would and more. They provided constant and consistent communication and answered all of our questions promptly and in a way we could easily understand.   John & Dina were fabulous! They started with the education, starting me from scratch explaining the process; John did a zoom call with me, showed me the different rates that i potentially qualified for & explained the whole process. In addition to that, he sent timeline, with check boxes that updated every time there was a status change on my loan. So not only did i feel like i had a choice on the offerings on the table, i also felt like i was well updated every step of the way. Dina was awesome too, she was available via phone & txt and was ready to share any details needed.
