  Best place to bank if you trying to build credit quick. Starter loan has lowest interest rate amongst other positive rates.

  Horrible bank that treats working people like dirt, had to stand outside in the rain for 20 minutes. Guard talks down to people like they're on parole. Bad for the neighborhood workers.

  I searched for credit union and this one was the best. The location isn't very convenient. Although member since 2011, they wouldn't give me a car loan? 🤔 Although I am still a fan of the credit union! Have been able to do majority of banking online, phone and mail. All staff is helpful and friendly! I try to get Wanda since we have our name in common! She is also the one that informed and recommended the Money Market account that Was able to get me a good interest!

  I loved my experience at Self Help. The branch manager, Sherry, walked me through all of the opinions for opening an account. After her detailed help, I realized that self help wasn’t quite what I was looking for, but she then spent another half hour helping me find a credit union in the area that had the type of account I needed for my non profit! If you are looking to open up a personal account, this is the place to go!

  Although there's plenty of funds in the account my card is declined on a regular basis because of errors that are the credit unions fault. Would recommend any other credit union. They have caused me embarassment and left me stranded many times.

  I been banking with them for years I love it the people who work there are friendly they are like family even when am not going in there to bank I still stop bye to say hi

  These tellers are so slow. When there’s a long line, they don’t care.

  Terrible. You have to wait for your debit card in the MAIL!! which takes about 10 business days.
