James Hadd4Mostly good experience. BIGGEST issue: 1) The used car loan process is GARBAGE. Wouldn't loan on a Diesel truck because of either the age and/or mileage. Lending practices are based on algorithms or a preset credit rating and orher things. There's no room for a human being to make a decision. Went to another local credit union and got the loan, NO PROBLEM. Also found a better home loan rate which was again, disappointing. Would like to have everything under one umbrella for ease of payment, but didn't happen, again. Too bad they won't "match a competitors prices" like you see with retail stores.

mamascleaningful1Horrible horrrible trying to contact them 30 min on the phone three times not able to talk to any one. My check was deposit last Monday they will “liberate” The money is not available after now 7 days and 5 working g days from them. My fault this happen 4 years ago when I open my company same bs but somehow though they improved ….. nope still the same bad customer service

Chad Van Scyoc1They never return your phone call and when you do talk to them about your insurance it's the same thing every month They tacked on their own insurance and are making us pay for it 3 grand for having no insurance 3 months We are willing to pay but not 3 grand We already talked to our lawyer and we're only supposed to pay what 3 months it's supposed to be this has been going on for almost a year We have been having our payments taken out automatically and they tacked on more than what our payments were supposed to be and now they put on late fees The worst place I've ever gotten alone from

Stephen Rinkle1Bank manager can't even make her own decisions. I'm removing all my money, checking and savings because of her inadequacy to be able to stand on her own two feet. I am also transferring my to loans to another Credit Union. Say goodbye to over $60,000

James Conachen1The mortgage process was beyond frustrating. The lender lost paperwork. Refused to allow us to use money from the sell of my motorcycles and boats towards the down payment. He even wanted us to create fake bills of sale. In the end, we were only allowed to put down 10%. This means we will be wasting money paying for mortgage insurance. We never had a set closing date until the day before closing. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend Selco for a home loan!

Alden Roy1I was very frustrated with me recent visit to SELCO. The teller who was helping me was very condescending say I did not know what I was talking about. I was simply trying to pay a bill and they normally send me a letter by mail saying how they applied payment, ect. She however insisted I was wrong and needed to wait 20 mins for her to contact the direct manager and needed an account number. Very frustrating that what usually allows me in and out took way longer then it should have. The policies should be known across the board.

Justin Jones4My wife had an account for over 7 years. Then covid starts she gets behind and they close the account. Now a year later after starting a new account. They refuse to release funds for multiple buisness days. Its our money. Why cant we have it now. Not next week. Ok so a couple hours later now we called the bank and they cleared the check and made the funds available. Thank you selco
