Maria Gonzalez1Worst bank they have fees for ever single thing . Fees & more fees, The tellers straight up lie to you one tells you one thing the other another thing lies and more lies. Fees & fees. Couple months back I wasnt able to access my account or balance for days and what did We got nothing a least a $5 of courtesy but nope. But as soon you ask them for something fees& more fees. Dont not recommended so much for “community bank” I will stick to a big bank from now on.

Ryan Miras1I just can’t imagine they are still in business. Just waiting till the first of the year to move my business accounts to a new bank. I truly hope they either change leadership or close their doors. “Credit union” code for bank. Same fees and sometimes more. Straight garbage from top to bottom
Response from the ownerRyan, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. If you have any additional or specific feedback, please email us at [email protected] so we can pass it along to our management teams.

Jimmy Clyde5As far as I know, if you bank here and refer your friend to open a savings? acct, they GIVE you BOTH $50!! $50 for you, then $50 for your friend!! Ask for some refer-a-friend cards. <update> I did this recently and here's the specifics: [New member must have I.D., a valid ssn, and be prepared to temporarily deposit $50 (when you get your checking/debit card you can immediately withdraw $90 from your $50, leaving $10 in to maintain membership, which you get back when closing your account)] They don't have any financial penalties for not keeping a minimum balance. Some banks charge you $20 a month for not keeping $200 at all times.
Response from the ownerThank you for sharing your experience, Jimmy! We take great pride in our customer service. Let us know if we can help answer any questions for you in the future.

ENRGZR mike555ro1I've decided this bank is for an older generation than me, and I'm 45 so I really don't think they're getting it and I don't see myself here very much longer. they just brought back extra fees when all other places are getting rid of them as one example.
Response from the ownerHello - Thank you for giving us that feedback. We'd like to hear more about your experience and the fees you mention here. Please reach out to us at [email protected].

candice1Horrible bank. No help with fraud, they haven't been helpful with a legitimate fraud claim twice. Stay far away. Worst credit union ever
Response from the ownerThank you for sharing your frustration. I've shared your feedback with our fraud management team. If you believe a transaction is fraud you should contact our fraud team. For fraud on your debit card, call (800) 452-9515, option 2. Or call (541) 744-9500 directly. For fraud on your credit card, call (844) 267-2735.

Steven Wilson1Worst credit union I have ever banked with. We moved most of our business accounts to another bank, thank god. But we had a couple small accounts left. I closed one last summer and they have no online access to statements. When I requested a statement they told me it would be a $25 research fee and minimum hourly rate for a statement about 9 months old. Chase keeps these online for 7 years.
Response from the ownerHi Steven - Thank you for sharing your frustration and giving us that feedback. I've passed it on to our management team.

Woodstock Tramp1Scams just like the banking system. Overdraft fees given for pending charges when cash is deposited before it post. Then charging another overdraft fee for the previous overdraft fee taking the account negative. These crooks are just as bad as the shady banks

David Ploetz1I will be cancelling my membership with them asap. And will be leaving reviews wherever I can. I have been a loyal member to this credit union for over 5 years now. And like most people I have struggled financially with our current economy, I just received an offer for a new job that would change my life and the lives of my family. But the job would require I get a new car, so I applied for a loan as a last ditch effort through them and the underwriter can't even call me himself to ask about the odd circumstances like my new company paying for a portion of the car, the income behind it, etc etc. This is not credit union that has the community at heart, they just want to keep your money in their accounts. And this is not the first time in which I've had an issue with them
Response from the ownerHi, David. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy! I'll forward your feedback to our managers. We appreciate your input and would be interested in knowing more: you can email us at [email protected] if you have more feedback on how we can improve.
