      not open on weekends, and the not so local branch hours require me to leave work early and drive 30 miles to make a payment. they are completely paperless and can't mail you a pay stub to make a payment through the mail. had I know this I would not have signed the loan paperwork. I would happily pay a higher interest rate to GET A PAY STUB IN THE MAIL.

      I went in to the branch on chippewas and stephanie was amazing I asked her to very some information and she did it immediately and very politely I tried at the m&t branch in Kenmore and was appalled by the teller but I have had this bank for years and will continue to have them ty for always being courteous and helpful
