  Becoming first time homeowners was extremely scary and stressful. Placing our trust with Debbie to guide us every step of the way, was the best decision we ever made. She was very generous with her time, in answering the many questions we had. She was in constant communication with us and our realtor from the beginning, ensuring that the timelines were met. It was because of her, that we were able to close our transaction in 24 days, instead of 30! She goes above and beyond, and one of the most sweetest and genuine person my husband and I have ever met. Debbie is a mortgage lender who cares for her community. She will do her utmost best to help you achieve your dream!!

  UPDATE 3/8/2022: Well our checks from escrow did not get to us until 9 days after disbursement of funds was supposed to be completed. I needed to drive down to escrow after they received the returned certified mail that I’ve been tracking for the last 6 days and no attempt was made to deliver them by USPS. All of our payments would have been late and we actually got a late payment penalty from one creditor. Now all of our balances are less than what the pay off checks were written for. Still no word from corporate about how they will ensure what is written below, and what we are going through now, will not happen to anyone else. Lot of people empathizing with us about how badly they feel about what happened to us from working with SecureNational (SN). Lowering the review to a generous 2 stars since we feel bad for the agent, which is also why I never mention her name. I feel that the company should be accountable for its team and good luck for anyone gambling on using SN for any significant transaction. We truly pray that you have a better experience. Previous post (3/3/2022): I was the first client of a service arrangement SN approved that resulted in extremely poor communication and service. Our agent contacted me to apologize and ensure that it will not happen again and that took courage so raising from one to three stars. If a policy or process is put into place to ensure that this will not happen to anyone else, then SN responds to feedback better than 90% of the companies out there and you’ll see 5 stars here. It’s hard to be generous on a rating when such a critical transaction was a nightmare for multiple avoidable reasons. It’s also hard to be harsh to nice people who made mistakes so 3 stars is where it is.

  This was my 4th time purchasing a home. It was a very stressful move from the mainland, but Phil and Dianne Hegmann made the process smooth. There were many factors involved with the purchase but Phil was upfront and honest with everything he said. The Hegmanns are the best!

  I purchased a leased home, Hawaiian Home Lands (HHL), the process for HHL is long, but Malama and Clay made the financing part very easy. They requested and prepped us beforehand so we weren't rushing at the end.
