  Melva M. is a great realtor to work with. She is polite and very thorough. I had several questions, since it was my first time buying a house, and she did not give me a cold shoulder because of that. She was patient with me during the process and she is very knowledgeable with her craft. I even had some questions after the process was completed and she answered them as well. I appreciate all your time and effort that you provided to me during this process. When I go through this process again, you are my 1st choice!!!

  We went on three mortgage companies and this company was the only one who gave us the chance to fullfil our dream to have our first owned house. John was awesome, no poker face, very straight forward, he won't waste your time and give you advices. He is so patient and will give you time to time update through text and email. By the way I just want to elaborate the NO POKER FACE lol, John know's right away what you need to do, once he sees your financial status. As I said he will not waste your time. Very friendly and large shoutout to Mirka, she was fantastic. Thank you SNMC and thank you John, you guys are simply the best.☝☝☝👍👍👍🤙

  Claudine was AMAZING!! Best 1st home buyer experience ever. She was always easy to get a hold of either by text, email or phone. I will be highly recommending her to every person I know. We had alot of family issues happening when we were trying to get a loan and she was so patient and wonderful! I would give 20 stars if I could!

  Michael ivanov is hands down the best Lender. He makes you feel so comfortable and welcome when you are with him. He truly cares about you as a person and not just getting your money. There was a couple times he could have steered us in the wrong way just to get us in a loan to get his deal fast but he didn’t. He actually wants to see you happy in a GOOD home. I have never seen someone so compassionate about their job it’s honestly a breath of fresh air! He really makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend rather then a lender. I am very happy with this experience and will recommend him any day! Thank you again for answering all of my questions and being a rock star lender.
