  I went in to get a new debit card. Brandyn offered to check my eligibility for a new credit card. Not only was I able to lower my APR I was also able to increase my spending limit. And now I have 1.5% cash back on most purchases. Brandyn did a great job.

  This is the worst credit union ever!!!! My husband and I have a joint account for a reason not for me to call and still not be able to make changes for our account for traveling plans especially when I’m the primary. Not to mention I’ve banked here for almost 14 years. Definitely will be closing this account in the near future.

  So I called to ask in regards to a very important mutual client of ours to request a time to come by and handle some legal work and when I called I was very surprised. A very nice lady answered the phone and I told her that I helped a mutual client of ours get a revocable living trust and I would like to stop by there and have the documents notarized, would that be possible? And she said "Yes of course, come on in" then she proceeded to give me the hours of operation. I asked if there would be some people there that could provide as witnesses as well and she said "absolutely." Now I am going to arrive there later on in the week, and I will keep you updated about that but to have an institution such as this answer the phone as quickly as they did and how polite the lady was, to me, is a big deal. So when it comes to communication with the bank when you have a concern or question, they hit the nail on the head. Institutions like this always want to build relationships with their clients, but here I truly felt a warm comfortable feeling about the whole situation. Especially when you are located in a small town and competition could be stiff depending on the situation. So A+ for all that! When I finish this process with the institution I will follow up and share with you how everything played out.
