  Our computer was hacked and we needed to redo our accounts. Hope Escamilla helped us with this and she was outstanding! She was very organized and patient. She made us feel comfortable and followed up with us a few days later. We’re very satisfied with our experience.

  I have several bank accounts but Security Service outshines the rest! Ms. Hope Escamilla is an asset that every bank needs. Her professional and patience with customers is AWESOME!   I had a GREAT experience with this bank. Every team member was very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to be able to help me understand how opening a bank account works and much more!   My customer service with Ms. Hope Escamilla was beyond anything I’ve experienced from a bank! She was professional and thorough on my loan. She answered all my questions, loved her patience with me. I would highly recommend Security Bank and Ms. Hope Escamilla!

  Christina is a jewel. Very professional and comforting. She made me feel at ease as we sorted out all the required paperwork to close my account and open up a new one after having my purse stolen. She went out of her way to ensure my accounts were not compromised. Her follow up phone the next day was unexpected. She reassured me and provided loop closure to my follow up questions. Thank you Christina, you do amazing work.
