My grandmother Mary Sansom worked for the bank approximately 10 years ago. Till this day she continues to say really great things about this bank. Horrible app. Everytime I go into bank I make 3 trips before they get my requests right. Signatures, papers, way over complicated for minute details. Have lived all over US. Worst bank in my experience. Gave 2 stars as is walking distance otherwise I'd give none.
