  I just went into security service with my boyfriend and Cody was the teller. He displayed remarkable customer service as we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. Cody was genuine and made us feel like a priority at security service. Cody was very honest and patient, answering any all questions my boyfriend had. He made sure our overall experience was pleasant and definitely provided customer service that makes us happy to be members at this credit union! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out we felt welcomed and a sense of safety knowing Cody works where we bank.

  Shout out to the Castroville branch.Y nephew wanted to fill out the Donate a backpack with supplies slip on his own and Cristina was patient with him and helped him spell out, and was still patient when he wanted to rewrite it. Then when he went to place his donation Cody was patient with him and gave him a receipt when he asked if he could get one. Great branch, treating all members equally regardless of age.

  Recently moved to Texas and looking for a quality ‘banking experience’. We met with Tina who expertly explained all of our options and set up all of our services. We were highly impressed with the quality of personal service that we received. We would highly recommend the Security Services Credit Union and we loved the Castroville branch. Small town friendliness with large city professionalism.

  We use the Castroville branch primarily and like the small branch vs the larger branch because all the clerks recognize you and call you by name. The gentleman that helped setup the CD has helped me before and always gives professional service.

  I came into security service today (11-12)and a young man helped me. His name was cody , he was so polite and very excited to help me! I had a few questions that he answered and then I proceeded to withdrawal my money. He was so talkative and nice to me it made me feel as if I had known him forever! He is definently a great employee and is awesome at what he does! I’m so glad he was the young man whom operated my transaction because I will most definently be going back to him next time I have to run to the bank! Overall he was just incredible he a had a smile from ear to ear and made my experience unforgettable!

  The ATM machine has been broken for 2 days. Trying to put money in my account so I don't overdraft.Also thay won't finance my vehicles or loan me money. Castroville state bank does both with no issues.
