      I went through the drive thru on 3/22/22 to w/d and filled out the slip to best of my ability as my dominant wrist & fingers are broken. In the account type area I also indicated “checking” to w/d from, again I will reiterate that I’m using my non-dominant to do so. I sent to slip up and teller 350, doesn’t greet me, doesn’t welcome me but her first remarks are “Hi, you don’t know your account number.” So I explain to her my situation that I’m having a hard time writing because I broke my hand and she then says she’ll “try to look for my account.” She definitely needs to be trained on how to welcome members and take care of them. I am aware that you can search me by my DL and as I mentioned I filled out the form with as much information as she needed to determine what account it’s coming from and how much is being W/D. There was nobody else in the drive-through so I’m not sure why that unnecessary remark was needed when all it takes is a few extra seconds to just search and write my account number herself.

      I would give less than 0 stars if available. This Branch has the most incoherent, untrained, group of Tellers and Teller supervisors of ALL the RBFCUs I deal with regularly. Ever since I started My own company, I've been depositing and cashing checks all many different RBFCU branches and this one is the only one who has ever given me issues. First it started with me signing my name in the pay to order line, was told to leave blank or it could be considered an altered check. Copy that. Then they have refused to add a DBA to one of my existing accts. So I can cash deposit checks made out to my company, so I have to have checks made to me personally. (Some people don't or can't spell my name correctly). Now twice they have said that I needed to write my name on the pay to order line, first time I said no and explained this same branch has instructed me NOT to because it could be considered an altered check. She then "checked with her supervisor and came back and said she was sorry and I was correct. (2 months ago). Today, 3.3.22 went to cash 3 checks, teller told me I needed to write my name on pay to order line, (here we go again) I explained the past experiences, she then comes back and tells me she can't cash said check because it wasn't made out to me, per her stupidvisor. This Branch has the worst trainers and supervisors running the teller section. I will never recommend using this Branch to anyone EVER!!!! Went straight across town costing me time and more gold gas money, and got all 3 checks cashed with no questions asked. Oak Run Branch is the worst RBFCU Branch I've ever done business with. I'm thinking of taking all my business back to Wells Fargo. They don't give me any problems.

      A SCAM PLACE OF BUSINESS!! BEWARE!! After reading these reviews, it now makes sense why the managers here did not care when I advised them I was reaching out to BBB and Consumer Affairs(which I did). It's too bad they are giving RBFCU a bad name. I have been dealing with this RBFCU since the end of May just trying to get a Business Credit Card. I have had nothing but issues with each employee within this business dept from the start. Very rude and unprofessional reps Ramona and Patrick are obviously bitter with miserable lives. They had lied to me on numerous occasions while also claiming they have sent myself as well as my co-signer the documents necessary to move forward with the credit card process after Ramona had already pulled our credit and advised us we were approved. After a week of dealing with these two incapable reps, I had to call in and ask to speak to Supervisor Robert Gonzales and advised him of the awful customer service I was receiving and that we have yet to receive the documents a second time. He confirmed that they did in fact lie and had just emailed the documents prior to him taking over the call. After 3 weeks go by all I receive is a pin in the mail. I call in and Danielle advises me the CC was sent to a different address that was never applied to the application. I spoke with Robert and ask how this could happen, and he proceeds to lie to me saying it was sent to the correct address and that the address I was given by Danielle was nowhere on the account, even after myself and Danielle advise him otherwise. He then becomes irate, rude and talks over me very unprofessionally. I asked to speak to his boss and he provides me with June Gonzales' name but refuses to provide contact information. Same with all other reps when asked for Roberts info. When June finally reaches out to me, I advised her of the situation which she too lied stating the CC was sent to the correct address. She then promised she was sending out another CC to my verified address. She claimed the other incorrect address had never been on my account. Another 2 weeks goes by and again all I receive is a pin with no CC. I call June on Tuesday, and she stated "You should be receiving your CC by no later than Thursday this week and I will be calling you everyday to make sure you received it." Right after this phone call I received an email alert advising me that my address had been changed and to call in if I did not authorize this change? Which I clearly did not authorize. Thursday, Friday and Monday the following week come and go and still no CC nor a single call from June to follow up as promised. So I call in member services dept and speak to a Victor who confirms there was Never a 2nd CC sent out. Only the one on July 1st to the incorrect address. I then reach out to June again and bring up the fact that she never called me as promised and that it was obviously due to her already being aware that the CC was never coming to begin with. She did not deny this accusation and advised me she would call me back at 2pm with an update. Again, 2pm comes and goes and no call. I also confronted her with the unauthorized address change and she confirmed she did in fact find the incorrect address on my account after her and every other employee had already advised it was never on my account. She also tried to lie and state she sent me the email. I corrected her and let her know it was in fact an automated email sent out due to her making the change without my authorization. Again she did not repute this statement and knew she messed up royally. So here we are with hard inquiries on our credit reports posted 2 months ago, and still no CC to account for it. FRAUD!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

      Women working in the inside had the worse attitude as soon as I walked in. She was asking questions about things she didn’t need to know about. She told me she couldn’t give me a temporary check and had to ask permission but didn’t want to go ask anyone right now. So I called the RBFCU customer service and they said she was able to and shouldn’t have been asking the personal questions she was asking. Went to another RBFCU and they gave me a check. Awful customer service.

      This branch is never as busy as the others in the area. It does appear that the covid rules are hard to enforce as some of the clients respect them and others don't. Which in turn puts clients and staff in uncomfortable situations in which staff is inconsistent in enforcing rules. Yet I will say that most businesses are having similar issues.

      Scammed me because my bank account was negative $18 then charged me $133.00 because of it which is ridiculous. Dont bank here they will cheat you out of money.
