  Generally Security National Bank does well for me, but this particular branch is definitely the least acceptable bank for them in Sioux City. Wife generally deposits payments into my account to pay bills- on 3 separate occasions, they have incorrectly deposited the check amount, typically by a few cents. Most of the time, it was due to them just rounding to the nearest dollar. On another visit, was coming to deposit an insurance premium refund check (I sold the car, and got a $27 refund on my premium). The teller refused to allow me to deposit the check, which had been endorsed by myself and my wife, claiming that both of us had to be on the my Security National Bank account. Due to past issues (they have done this a few times over the years), I didn't even try and fight it and just went to another branch.

  I absolutely love this branch! Floyd branch always makes you feel like you are banking at a small town bank. I have always received great service there. I recently had a issue with our debit card and they were quick to help and solved the issues with one visit. I have never had a bad experience there and will continue to go to this branch. I had a young girl I believe her name was Sam that went above and beyond with her customer service, She always has a smile on her face.

  I love banking with Security National Bank! I’ve never experienced any problems with them, the staff is always friendly as well, especially Abby C! She is the best teller!

  I love Security National! Every time I go in they are always very helpful and always get me in and out in a speedy manner! Would recommend to anyone wanting to bank with them!

  Marco is always super helpful! If he doesn't have the answer, he'll always find it for you! He can also brighten up your day by consistently having a smile on his face! Love SNB!

  I will never recommend this branch to anyone! They do not believe in customer service at all. The girls just want to stand around gossiping about their lives and not tend to customers needs at all! This has got to be the absolute worst branch of SNB I have ever come across! Steer clear when choosing this bank!

  I have never had a problem with this branch. They are all very friendly and helpful. They make it very simple to cash my paycheck!

  Love going to SNB. Workers are always greeting everyone with a smile and are on top of all the transactions and they go the extra step in making it easier for me!

  I come in for cashiers checks often for my rent. The tellers are always very helpful and diligent when making each check.
