      I have used the Mission branch for my banking needs for several years. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have belonged to several other credit unions and had bank accounts at other institutions and have to say I am very pleased to be with SFCU and will strongly recommend them to friends and family. The Girls at the Mission Branch are wonderful and it's always a pleasure to go in...

      Tried calling the McAllen office - got a recording that told me the wait time was 18 minutes and there were 23 people ahead of me. Either hire more people to answer your customers or I hope you lose them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

      Went through the drive-thru, was told I could cash my check by getting down. Then I was told we could not once we got down. Idiots, wasting people’s time. Next time let people know, educate your tellers, give them knowledge or tell them to use their brains. Now I have to wait another day. Great job 👏🏻

      the hell with each and everyone at this mission branch worst customer service I've ever encountered...oh and get this 15 dollars to process a payment by phone...estan pero bien pendejos

      Horrible customer service. Went in to get information about the savings accounts they had. The representative kept glancing at her watch. Didn't want to explain anything just gave us flyers. It seemed like she just wanted to rush us out the door. I definitely will not be bringing my business to them and do not recommend.

      Take your business elsewhere. They said I had charge off from 2011, and took money out of my account 1 day before house payment . I’ve been banking with them for over a year and just now they see that? Took over an hour to get any answers . They said I wouldn’t be able to open other accounts which I have and also with them. I won’t ever bring my business here or even recommend to anyone
