  I called the 1888 number at 4:00 PM and was told I was the next caller in line and my call would be handled in 1 minute. After hearing this for ten minutes I came to the conclusion no one was there. I then optioned to leave a message and pressed the star key to input the first name they were requesting for the person I wanted to leave a message for. They said that name couldn't be found which I thought was odd since I had spoken to that individual about an hour earlier. Frustration will carry on until Monday. I hate not being able to go to our local bank to get paper work filled out.

  WORST BANK around Bloomer for the small business owners when you need a small loan fast to keep your business going because one of your machines broke down . They told me it will take 30days and said they have other pressing issues to take care of first . So I guess paying my next couple loan payments won't be on time I have other pressing issues also . I got 2 other Banks thank God so I be taking my small business elsewhere . Small town proud help the small people I think not . To bad I have to give it one star just to post this message

  Thanks for being closed on July 3rd. Not even a holiday but ya know...let’s not do our job. Worthless.
