Been with SFB for 8 years now and love them. Great personable customer service and they always go the extra mile for us! Love the small town bank feeling right in my hometown but security of bigger branch.

Bloomer Branch. I would give them less than one star if I could. Don’t try to get a small loan there, even if you have been a loyal customer for 25 years!! They offer loans but the THREE times I’ve tried, I’ve been turned down. Surprisingly because two of those times I had the actual funds but wanted to hold those in reserve. An almost perfect credit rating won’t help you either! Go to a credit union and you’ll no doubt find a much more accommodating atmosphere BTW I’m a woman.
