Disrespectful to their customers, they never finish helping the person they were already helping, if the phone rings they go help the other person in the line then finishing helping you. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend going there for a loan.

Customer service needs work. This particular location has a big turnover rate and recently the service has gone down hill for me at least. I've walked in started making a payment and then the phone rings and apparently first come first serve does not apply here because I'm always put to the side while the person on the phone gets helped and then when they're done with the phone call they'll finish helping me.(this particular situation has happened multiple times) Ive also called while in the parking lot ( I was watching the manager outside smoking a cigarette) and been completely ignored. A little frustrating to deal with.
