  I was attended by Ana and her staff they were very courteous and attended me right away I was able to pay off my loan. Previous personnel had horrendous customer service as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed.

  When I went to get a loan, and one of the staff, named Linda. was very disrespectful not professional at all, she wouldn't let me speak without her interrupting. Immediately hang up the call, and made me feel very bad, she works for a loan company, she's supposed to give loans and it seem as if she didn't want to give it. not to mention she made feel bad about my credit. she wasn't serious about her job. after, I left and opened a loan in another company.

  Very, Very Rude personnel they have in that office. Then they accuse you that you are the rude one when its them. I would not recommend this place at all. Sun Loan people in Pharr next to HEB are more polite and more helpful than these people. I called to ask for assistance on how I can qualify for a Loan and the the lady who answered would not let me finish or ask anything. My advise to whoever is in charge of running this place, get better personnel that can talk and take care of your customers.

  Most staff are very friendly, but my Spanish isn't very good, I just wish if I speak English to staff that they would respond in English as well. The whole conversation was me speaking English and her responding in Spanish the whole time and me having to have her repeat what she was saying many times to make sure I got it all right. I believe staff should be bilingual, that would be very helpful.

  Excellent customer service today by Ana! The staff prior were terrible but she definitely brought a better vibe and experience today! Thank you Ana!
