  Worst branch location ever!!! I went inside with supporting documentations as requested and forgot my DL but had my Military ID. Also, I had my DL on my phone so I showed. Debbie (Manager) told me that for identity and audit purposes she cannot give me the loan. Please note that I have history with this location (3 previous loans). SMH!!! We live in a digital society so, I do not understand where this is coming from. Second, I have email my DL and get it print out for the file. What you really wanted to say was not being said. Now, that branch LOST a loan. You are in Management!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!

  I've done business with this office for years. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. They have offered great service over the years. I would highly recommend Security.

  Honestly super easy loan process and I have not received one annoying phone call from them just the one to update me on my first loan payment and when it will be due. I got a real check in the mail and it was a real check I didn't have to go fill out a bunch of paperwork or anything, and it came in clutch right when unemployment ended. Thanks security finance!

  I went to Security Finance to get a loan and of course I had a lot of questions. I was sure that I was making the right decision by doing my business here, but to my surprise I was very wrong!! They were rude and disrespectful from the second I walked in. Dakota rolled her eyes at me several time and made me feel like an idiot. Finally I spoke with a manager and she had no social skills at all! I felt as if I was talking to a street mime. After about an hour or so of dealing with these jerks I finally had to just tell them that I would be taking my business elsewhere. They didn’t have a care in the world! I was never apologized to or anything. I walked out of Security Finance feeling defeated. This was truly a mistake!

  Go ANYWHERE else for your loans/taxes.. Most of the girls in here are SO rude. The manager has no business being in customer service. She will talk terrible about clients when she gets off the phone with them regardless of whose in the store. Dakota is a horrible person to deal with, very mouthy and condescending. Save yourself and do business elsewhere.

  I miss Mary and Dakota! The new staff is not very friendly and lack customer service skills. We are good customers and are in good standing, and ha been with them for years, and have never been late or missed a payment.

  This company is a pest. They constantly call almost every few days saying "they have really great news for me". Its honestly quite annoying. They just want to keep you in your loan and extend your terms with offering you more money over and over and over again. Thankfully I only have this month left and I will be done with them. Easy to get money but not worth the constant phone calls.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who just answered the phone was so rude. When I said thank at the end of the conversation she said uh huh what kind of customer service have you been taught? I work in the service industry and I would never talk to someone like that.

  I have to say this office is wonderful they work with you they are understanding . even after a mistake is made and like anything mistakes do happen we are only human. they cleared it right up even called personally to apologize for the misunderstanding that is customer service to me!!! Thank you ladies your awesome!!!

  I got my money easy. I paid it off easy, I never even had to go to their office. Samantha took care of me over the phone in just a matter of minutes. No problems 😎
