  I didn’t have a problem with this place, I took out a loan through them via a live check, then refinanced the loan several months later. The process was pretty smooth all around. I do recall them asking more questions in comparison to what a bank or credit union would ask, as I’ve taken out other loans from said places in the past. But this place is pretty legitimate. It is very nice you can pay whatever amount you want anytime, in person or over the phone via debit card. You save a lot in interest that way. Noel was always so nice, friendly and helpful..very professional as well. Very nice people at this location.

  This place seems like a scam... and if it's not then they have some restructuring to do. I applied for a loan after receiving a flier from them stating that I was pre-approved for a loan. I've gotten loans through banks and credit unions previously and this experience was similar, but also very different. I've never been asked so many questions that really did not seem relevant to a loan application. This agency asked me questions that I wasn't asked even when I applied for a home loan. At the very least, in terms of the agency's own professionalism and credibility, they should've explained why the information was being requested and they ended up denying me after I disclosed so much private and personal information about my financial/housing/employment history. I understand that being "pre-approved" is not the same as being approved, but usually it's pretty close and I would've NEVER provided all of that information had I known I'd be denied. I was hesitant, but figured I could address these concerns once I went into the store to sign documents for the loan (since this process was done over the phone). I should've done my research and been smarter about who I chose to apply for a loan with. That being said, there are definitely better lenders out there that will make you feel that your personal information is being carefully protected, I just applied at my credit union for the small loan that I needed, I was approved and the experience was ten times more pleasant than this. Save your time and energy - go to a credit union.

  The same thing happen to me when I went to do my tax return with them. At one point I realized I haven't been asked those questions before when I did my tax return with other agencies. I started to feel uneasy now that I've given so much of my personal information. I don't know what they plan to do with my information. I wish I've never been to this place.

  I have had a loan for quite a while Noel and Kelly bust thir buns and really do what ever it takes to help you out if they can I have had a great experience here and will continue to go here for as long as I can
