  A couple of things 1. This is a high interest loan, 2. There are no grace periods, no allowances no exceptions. The payment is due when it is due. They inform you of this before you sign anything so if you're not ok with the terms, don't take the loan. They loaned to me with what was at the time a rocky credit rating. And as long as you keep to the terms of the loan agreement, the staff is friendly and easy to deal with. It was an emergency situation I couldn't get the loan anywhere else, I hate paperwork and it was a relatively pleasant experience. The one fault I find is the phone calls when you have made 3 or more payments asking if you want to renew your loan. They tell you going in that among the papers you sign is one giving them permission to do so. I did not sign that one and got called anyway. That's why only three stars. Other than this not a bad company to deal with. The rates are high but still doable, the staff are friendly and professional, if I had a similar emergency, I would do business with them again.

  I have a trach and can't talk and is going through a divorce my daughter is the caregiver and they yell and have an attitude with her and say that they need to talk to me no matter what they will not work with me or her or tell her anything they get mad when she tries to explain what is going on cutting her off and saying they know and they understand but they don't care. Then they yell at her because she can't work and don't have money to pay her loan or live on her own and they tell her to figure out a way as if she isn't trying to do that all ready making her feel like she can't do anything right. I'm done with them and I have told all my friends and family to never go to them for money I will go to world first they are more compassionate and understanding.

  Income tax preparation was alright. It was kind of expensive but I liked the enthusiasm of the girls in the office. Liz Casares explained well enough my aunt's questions about her income tax return.

  Always been helpful and aslong as u call them willing to work with you interest is high but it's there for people that may not have the best credit so it makes sense
