  The experience was very pleasant. I was assisted by Mrs. Greene, I was interested in applying, for a loan but wasn't quite sure if i qualified for one. and just wanted general information. Not only was she very helpful but also patient, and very pleasant.

  Tha office manager ( Chrystal G ) ran & hid in the back when i whipped out my phone & threatened 2 record the incident that i had with her, first she got up-set b/c i ask 2 c my personal records ( she became irrate ) ANYTHING WITH YOUR NAME ON IT & PERTAINS you & your finances R IN EVERY WAY LEGAL 4 U TO REVIEW! THE SITUATION escalated a bit voices where raised she threatens 2 call the police i tell her go 4 IT!.... How u call me & tell me to come get money 4 easter but when 4th of July rolls around u lookin @ me crazy loke im a 👽 TF... So I'm currently interacting with an Attorney who's lookin into the matter.... Because she ( CHRYSTAL G ) is refusing to give me documents ( with my signature on them )as copies 4 my personal records..... She also left a review on security finance which she happens to manage ( gave IT 5 stars ) I FLAGGED IT, as conflict of interest.... She acts as if consumers aren't suppose to ASK QUESTIONS about their $

  You can explain your situation to then over the phone and get your approval but when you drive all the way to their office they tell you they can't help you bc your job is always two weeks behind on paystubs which is sonethsom you explained to her on the phone

  They harass you to the point of calling the police.they use employees cell phones to get you to answer.What a place of business.
