  Fast and friendly service. As long as your doing what you should on making payments there is no issues. They work to help build your credit. Thanks to this place I was able to build credit to buy a home and new car.

  I started out liking them. My husband has a loan through them and they have been good at working with him when he gets behind. Until we filed taxes with them. We filed jointly. The first thing that made me less fond of them was the fact that I was told I wouldn't be added to the check and that it would just be my husband's name on it. The reason is supposedly because they can't fit enough characters on the check. They also told us that if any issues came up with our taxes they would help us fix it and now they are acting like they can't and won't. Very helpful of you. Very misleading company. They don't seem willing to help fix the issue with the taxes but are more than willing to remind me that I will owe them for the filing. Another problem, they wrote me a check for referring someone but put the wrong last name. My name hadn't been changed to my married name yet. I asked if they could write me a new check if I hand them back the first one, it wasn't even endorsed. They said no, they couldn't help me. So I had a check I couldn't even cash. Ridiculous, unhelpful people. You don't even deserve the one star.

  I absolutely love the ladies working there! They take time to get to know you and the manager is super sweet and very helpful!

  Soooo... This place will approve loans for unemployed, ex-con meth addicts who have NO job history, very minimal credit history, and absolutely NO intention of paying them back. But they won't approve someone who has steady work history their entire adult life, flawless payment history on every account they've open in the last 24 months, and who absolutely would pay them back every dime.. just because they had a few rough years, several years ago. I'm not sure how they stay in business at this rate. But, good job pickin em, security finance.

  Well the ladies there at the Joplin office helped me when I really needed it and made it so easy to understand. Actually explaining and helping me learn how to build my credit so that I could reach my goals for the future.

  They are the most judgemental profiling stuck-up snooty women in office that they can possibly be in this town all put together I applied over the phone when he never laid eyes on me and they told me I was approved when I walk in the door and they see me tattooed up they told me all of a sudden they can get verification and that I couldn't get my check until I had an email from social security office so I set that up for 2 days later when I go in there they intentionally caps locks it's where you can't get your information so they don't have to give me a check so don't waste your money or your gas going to that company

  I don’t understand why some people are so disappointed with this place.. It’s like a bank. Sure they want to make loans and give people checks. It’s how they make their money, but of course you have to qualify first. They won’t make money if people don’t pay them
