  I'm so disheartened right now. Last year I had an amazing experience with this place and my taxes, so much so that I begged my fiance to file his taxes with them. Yesterday he walks in the office and was told by the lady that he needed to make an appointment because they are busy and she was the only one there, which we totally understand so he made an appointment for today at 230 for both of us to file our taxes. We get there and start filling out our paperwork when a couple walks in to apply for a loan, the lady at the desk who is in the middle of taking my fiance's information, asks us if we can wait while they submit their application. This is a tiny bit fustrating but we figure we will go outside and smoke to chill out and take a deep breath. When we come back inside we are then asked if we can come back another time because she's got two more appointments today. That was the straw the broke the camel's back. So our appointment didn't matter but the walk-in and the other appointments are important? What about us? Is this professional? When a customer is treated like this, it makes us feel really disrespected.

  Miranda was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Bad decisions& unforeseen events lead me an unfavorable credit rating; Miranda was very courteous and treated me remarkably well, in spite of my credit challenges! The loan process was very quick & easy. I highly recommend Security Finance!

  Miranda was very nice and kind to me thru out the entire loan process. She’s a sweetheart and she made the loan process easy and explain everything thoroughly. Although I wasn’t able to get approved for the full amount I requested I would still recommend doing business with her.

  Every employee at this location that I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. Miranda was so easy to talk to and made the whole process, which didn't take long at all, very smooth. I would definitely recommend Security Finance to a friend! Thanks Miranda & the team at the Winder location!

  They are a TERRIBLE company. I was late a few times on my loan and they told me that they would not report to the credit beuros because i had a good payment history with them and they knew they could trust me. So fast forward to now and its still on my report and i even paid these people off and they lied to me AGAIN telling me they would delete the account if i paid the balance (which i would have done regardless) but the point is that they lied. I would be less pissed if they would have just told me they would not delete it. On top of all that the people are very rude to and the office is small and sketchy. Id recommend going to Western Finance in winder they are a lot better with nicer people :)

  Horrible customer service and lazy employees. I had a loan with them, twice to be exact....they kept sending me letter to be a return customer even though they left nasty messages if I was even one day late!! So I needed a very small loan recently, and called the office to run everything over the phone, was told all was good, then drove there to be told they couldn't do it becuase I was slightly behind on my car payment (which I have paid on for almost 3 years now consistently). I better not get one more piece of mail saying that they want my business....and I will not be referring anyone to them!! Why do you think people need loans?? Because they are caught up on all of there payments?? Uuuum no....Good Luck getting any business this way!!!

  I APPLIED FOR A JOB IN WINDER GA..THE INTERVIEW WAS GREAT OR SO I THOUGHT... FIRST I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY FINISHED ANOTHER INTERVIEW DOING MY APPOINTMENT TIME. AFTER THE INTERVIEW THE HIRING SPECIALIST SAID THEY WHERE LOOKING TO HIRE QUICKLY. I TOLD HIM MY PREFERRED LOCATION AND WHY..HE ACTED LIKE HE UNDERSTOOD AND CARED ONLY FOR ME TO GET A CALL THE NEXT DAY STATING THAT THE WINDER POSITION WAS ALREADY FILLED BY A EXISTING EMPLOYEE AND WAS ASKED TO INTERVIEW AT ANOTHER LOCATION THAT I HAD ALREADY PREVIOUSLY TOLD HIM I DIDN'T WANT AND WHY...SO I WENT TO THAT INTERVIEW ANYWAY AS I WANTED THE JOB AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL ON A TUESDAY ONLY TO BE ENNOYED FOR TWO WEEKS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT POSITION WAS ALSO FILLED BY AN EXISTING EMPLOYEE AND THAT HE WOULD KEEP MY APP IN MIND IF THEY GOT A OPENING..A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AN GAS..THEY CARE MORE ABOUT IF THE EXISTING EMPLOYEES LIKE THE NEW HIRES RATHER THAN IF THE HIRE IS CAPABLE OF DURING THE JOB...

  62.04% APR???? And that’s supposed to be something to be happy about. These folks are loan sharks and should be ashamed of taking advantage of the needy and those that do not understand how interest works.
