      I was in the area for my daughter's pageant and needed a check cashed. I reside in Aiken and had only been to those branches. Joanne was amazing and super sweet. I had never been to that branch before and am so glad I did . Its beautiful and the staff was so kind!!

      Should be rated a zero star, if you need a home mortgage do not use Security Federal and especially Bo Crenshaw..the worst!

      They say customer service but there's no customer service. Took two weeks to get a new card then took another two weeks to get a pin number. My card had expired and I never got a new card then it was sent to the wrong address.
