      Dealt with Dale in the loan department. INCREDIBLY RUDE! We got approved and went to go sign and then they decided they needed the actual title to do a private sale. Not a copy. Who in their right mind would just hand over a title with no money? When we tried to talk to them about very kindly she was immediately very short rude and unpleasant! Mind you they did it for my brother a week prior with just a copy of the title on a private sale. They even said every time they have deal with her she is the same and very unpleasant to work with. So they will follow rules for some but not all. Looks like they will lose another customer. Take your loans somewhere else!

      Worst bank ever! I go there the 23rd of January because my debit card expires soon, and I haven't received the replacement. They tell me it'll be a few days. Flash forward to today, the 30th, and I still haven't received it. So I call, and they tell me THEY NEVER SENT ONE OUT! How can two different people, looking at the same account, tell me two different things? If I could rate them zero stars, I absolutely would! Always having issues with them. Time to change banks!
