Completely unprofessional people work here. I was initially told I would only need to pay the balance and they neglected to tell me the processing fees involved. I ended up having to send two separate payments to cover the balance + processing(with associated debit/transfer charges) because I wasn't initially told how much the processing fee would be. Spoke to a manager who repeatedly told me that he was sorry I misunderstood (which isn't an apology by the way), and was completely rude throughout. I honestly wish the worst for everyone who works here. You are the dredges of society and I hope you never know peace.

Upon explaining to keep things in writing , the call became very unprofessional. Know your rights! The passive-aggressive attempt at bullying a disabled person who has zero income is disgusting. "Why would you want things in writing" was the response... how about because I dont know who you are, if you're a scam, and I dont want you to call me. Once requested in writing, the call should then be ended. If anyone in "collections" tries to bully you, or try to suggest that they can continue...is lying and can be sued.

Unlike most others who left very nasty reviews, when I owe something I admit it and pay it off. In this case it was an old Perkins loan that slipped through the cracks. Maureen was a real gem: Courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. It was almost a pleasure to give her my money. If the world had more Maureens and less deadbeat borrowers, it would be really cool.

Extremely unprofessional to the point I was nervous to give them my card info. Considered complaining to a manager but debt collectors aren’t known to be reasonable or decent and I’d like to not be angrier than I already am.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I do not generally write reviews but for this circumstance I have to. I have never felt so belittled and disregarded. I was already upset when I called them because I had just paid my rent bill which was pending and they went into my account and took a sum of money out of my checking account without authorization. The supervisor Doug is one of the rudest people I have ever interacted with and will never deal with him again. He was rude, kept raising his voice, and wouldn’t let me talk at all. Very disrespectful, these people do not deserve to have a business or receive any money. I’ll be sending my checks or payments directly to the school.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lost my job due to COVID, and I have to save every penny in order to pay my bills. I ask them if I can pause payments since I cannot afford to pay anything. They responded with a letter demanding I pay the full amount. An amount I cannot pay. Due to the fact I cannot get a job, I've already had to park my car, and cancel my insurance just to make payments. They constantly call me at the crack of dawn asking me for a payment. Debt collectors are bad, but, this one has got to be one of the worst. If you have the displeasure of having to pay a debt through them, all I can say is I wish you the best of luck. You'll need all of it.

This is absolutely atrocious. I am willing to pay what I can, which they said my minimum is $10/month. Okay, I'm paying more than that. They STILL call me, trying to get me to pay more. Yet my debt amount hasn't seemed to move at all. Like, at all. Not even a cent. So hundreds of dollars has gone where? Now they stopped processing online payments, any will only take them over the phone. Last time I processed a payment over the phone with them MY CARD INFORMATION WAS STOLEN. This guy now calls me every morning at 630 AM and just leaves a voicemail. I am so disgusted.

Kept getting calls about a debt I had nothing to do with. When I told "Michael" that I had nothing to do with this and why did he keep calling me, he rudely answered "because he hadn't heard back from anyone." Again I told him that I had nothing to do with this. He asked a very rude question and was sarcastic in his answer back to my answer. I told him to never call me again and hung up. We'll see if I continue to get calls.

I’ve come across a lot of sleezy companies but this one takes the cake. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, disrespectful, and should never be responsible for collecting any debt for any companies. Who are these people? I’ve have never worked with any collection agency that tells the person on the other line of the call the social security number of the person they are looking for to verify, instead of the other around. I suggest that anybody who owes a debt with this collection agency, to pay the debt to either the school or original lender. I will not work with this company again and advise others to do the same.

Got a call from Mr Jeffries and a Mr santini. They are horrible people. They tried to tell me I owed them for collection costs when I paid my school the amount I actually owed. Kept calling then a Mr Santini tells me they can take legal action also threatened me saying they can do things to my credit if I don’t pay their collection costs haha. The debt is off my credit and I didn’t have to deal with these morons who lack basic communication skills. Deal with the client directly and avoid Santini and Jeffries.
