  As a first time homebuyer, Intercoastal Mortgage ensured that I had all necessary resources to inform my loan decision. The team was very engaging and responsive. Sebastian personally was wonderful to work with. Aside from being so friendly and personable, I could tell that he truly cared about getting my needs met. He was mindful of my budget and answered all of my tedious questions expeditiously. Sebastian was a GREAT communicator throughout the entire process and made things go as smoothly as possible.
