  We went into this housing journey not even knowing if we were at a place to buy a house. All we knew is we had a dream and determination. We were referred to Sean @ Axia lending from our broker. From the first phone call Sean was determined to make this happen for us, all we had to do was fallow his instruction. It was tedious, stressful and at times I’m pretty sure I was going crazy. Sean and his team were always patient, understanding and always got me to refocus. Three and a half months later we went in and got the keys to our home. This is the ONLY lender I will refer to anyone. Thank you Sean and your team for making this dream a reality.

  I have worked with Sean twice now on two separate loans, a refinance and a home purchase, and both experiences were fantastic. He took the time to listen to my goals and talked through all of my options to help me make the right decision going forward. Sean and his team were always professional, super responsive and quick to answer any questions that I had. The app they use for document gathering is quick and painless and really was the icing on the cake to a great experience. You won't be disappointed working with Sean and team!

  Sean Harvey or Tom Brady?! Sean is amazing. He made the process incredibly easy for myself and my family. This was the first home I’ve ever purchased - I’m 27. I had no idea what I was doing, felt overwhelmed with the whole process coming into it. Sean made it easy for me. He guided me and kept it simple for me. I would recommend Sean for anyone - especially those investing in their first home or who are uncomfortable about the process. He makes it easy. Automatic… Again, Sean or Tom Brady? I can’t tell the difference. Thanks, Sean. We love our home!

  Sean and his team at Axia were SO helpful, prompt, and supportive in our first home buying experience this spring! I don't have any comparison with mortgage companies, but I won't ever look further. Sean coached me as a friend, but also an honest and wise mentor. His research in our case, the houses we were looking at, and our area felt premier in customer service. Our agent and the agent on the selling end of our house were extremely impressed by Sean's intention and effort to connect personally and get paperwork in a timely manner. We also saved money by our timely effort in regards to what Axia was asking of us, which I think speaks volumes of a company, when I didn't know the perk was even available. I would highly recommend Sean's business and the team he worked with, we're so happy with our experience despite the current market, some extremities in our situation, and the speed at which we needed to work to secure our house.   We recently closed on our first home and had an amazing experience with Sean and his team. Originally we were working with a different lender and had a horrible experience. The second Sean, Lisa and Nikki took over everything fell into place. They are very quick to respond to emails/phone calls and are able to tackle multiple deadlines at a time with zero issues.
