  We Have been a very long time customer and they have lost the ability serve their clients, a lot of turn over in Personel and they are more interested in making doing business with them tough, rather than serving the client, Maybe too many acquisitions and losing key employees has eaten away the core of their original success.

  They are great and always so helpful! These bad reviews have to be from people that already have problems or a chip on their shoulders! I was also a previous First Green customer and the treatment is second to none, excellent! I am a previous bank manager for 25 years and know good customer service!

  WORST BANK EVER! Was with First Green before Seacoast took over and loved them, Seacoast was nothing but trouble. Excess fees, holding debit charges for days so they wouldn't show online, causing overdrafts. Then we couldn't ever access our account online unless we called the 800 number. Oh, and this was a business account on top of everything. Take your business elsewhere, horrible!

  Best bank ever , Free checking account . Mrs. Foxen is so nice and helpful. I drive passed all the other banks to come here. Everyone turned us away on a car loan, not here. Best deal out there!!!

  WARNING TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS!!! To those looking for an alternative to big bank service... this is not the bank! The only thing more frustrating than marginalized small banking service from the large banks, is being SOLD on "small bank service" than finding they lack the capabilities and expertise to deliver. Save yourself the frustration of buying into SALES pitch. This experiment was a costly mistake and hopefully can serve as a cautionary tale for others!

  Vice Presidents Philip Fitzpatrick, Marc Heraux, and Gary Albert treated me in a way that no customer should be treated!!! Threats, ultimatims, and demands for a credit line which was always paid over Four years!

  Horrible customer service, was not allowed to enter the bank without a mask. Meanwhile the Gm is wearing his below his nose while with a customer.

  Best bank ever!!! Always willing to help. Customer wrote me a bad check and they were on it and helped me recover the money.

  I tried to do business here and was met with much resistance. I’m so glad the universe steered me away. Now looking at the reviews, I see I saved myself a lot of headache down the road.
