Seacoast Bank Reviews

Lisa from Daytona5This is the best bank that I've ever experienced in a long life. I have banked with this bank since the end of 2012. I have had 3 other big banks prior to that. This bank goes above and beyond to give great service. Lori Williams and Janet Marks have both given exceptional, quick service. The tellers are also excellent, although there is some turnover there, I have had nothing but quick and efficient service from all the employees. The coffee is great in case you have to go inside.

Alyssa Hodgson4We had a business debit card compromised and they would not refund us the money. Would never recommend this bank. UPDATE: Brooke from First Green Bank has contacted us and was more than happy to take care of our issue. She has assured us that we will receive our money back! She also noted us that there has been policy changes so please be sure to get the details when choosing First Green Bank.
Response from the ownerHi Alyssa - We are very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Due to privacy concerns we suggest a private message in order to ensure your account problems are taken care of and your personal banking information remains secure. However, if this is inconvenient please call our Retail Branch Administrator, Brooke Rodriguez at (352) 483-9701 during branch hours 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday. She would be happy to assist you.

retrorocket20001For all the years I was a customer at First Green Bank I could not have been happier. I could call them DIRECTLY and speak to someone who KNEW ME BY NAME. Now they are Seacoast Bank and it has been a NIGHTMARE. Endless holds on the phone to a "call center". Bad information multiple times. Cannot get thru to my branch AT ALL. Mobile banking no longer works. I get a different story every time I talk to a Seacoast employee. First Green Bank was the BEST. Seacoast is just another big bank that doesn't know what real customer service means. As soon as I find another small COMMUNITY BANK I am DONE with Seacoast.

Richie Torres1I was a first green member for a long time . After seacoast took over it’s been a nightmare . I’m leaving this bank ASAP! No customer service skills at all! Oh and their 24/7 call center for help to even access my online account info . Don’t even think about calling it on Sunday night. Because it says to call during business hours... Thanks seacoast bank.

chrissi C1I would give zero stars if I could. Zach and kathleen are nasty rude employees. Atm did not dispense my 500$ but it read deducted from my account. I was told my employee to wait 20 minutes for them to count the machine or come back later today. Waited 30 minutes and they didn't even start. Was told I shouldn't be upset. It's now been an hour and had the enjoyment of dealing with 2 rude employees. I wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone. Use at your own risk.

D Wheeler1Today, 11/28/16, I was exiting from Yeoman's Ford dealership around 4 pm. I pulled out and was in the lane when a car started flashing his lights. It was a First Green Bank courier driven by an angry mature white man. I thought he was going to plow into the rear of my car. If this employee represents your bank, I want nothing to do with your business.
Response from the ownerThank you Mr. Wheeler for making us aware of this issue. We do not condone this as an acceptable form of behavior on behalf of our company and have followed-up with the staff in regards to this issue.
