  Terrible agency. I'm only giving it one star because I can't post with none. We rented unit 620 N in the Spinnaker 2 weeks ago. We drove all the way from Harrisonburg, VA with our 2 daughters 2 and 2 months with excitement about a fun week at the jersey shore. Their office was in complete disarray which is a real reflection of how they run their business. The unit was absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the place including inside the fridge, food on the floor and what looked like bodily fluid on the couch. It was so horrifying that we had to leave. We couldn't stay there with our 2 young daughters all week. Roseanne was my agent. She told me she'd get in touch with the owner about a refund but I never heard back. Steer clear of this agency. Their service and rentals are dirty.

  This agency was very helpful when my family and I went on vacation to Sea Isle. The owner did not take care of the property I was staying at, yet my agent came over and helped fix the ceiling fan and the faucet that was broken. They did not need to do this, but very nice. Lucky to found such great service.

  Quick response to my emails and answered all my questions. Received contract and arranged payment within 2 days. Upon arrival, all paperwork and keys were ready so we could start our vacation with no delay.
