Denise Ciaravino and Iris Saber were extremely patient, responsive and professional to ease my numerous questions while keeping me informed on next steps. The digital tools they used to track my progress were very user friendly.   I would give Philip and Iris at Sea View Mortgage 10 stars! Because I live and work overseas, it was extremely difficult to get a cash out refinancing on my home in the US. While a few mortgage companies gave up on my case along the way, Philip and Iris handled endless bumps in the process and pulled me through to my closing at the overseas US Embassy. Btw, I’ve never met them face to face. Everything was done via email. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Special thanks to Iris for her Friday updates and for her kindness, patience and understanding. Thank you!
