  WOW ! First of all, let me start by saying if it weren't for Scott I would not have bought my house (literally) lol. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Scott and his team. Scott helped me purchase my first home and I'm so THANKFUL he was apart of my process. He made sure I understood every aspect of my loan and if I didn't he made sure to break the information down for me even more. Scott was always available for me, even though I had lived in California and was on a different time zone. The personalized videos about MY loan were EVERYTHING. I watched them multiple times, learning something new each time. When I asked Scott for his personal opinion and options he would choose, he told me and gave me honest information. I appreciate honest, truthful and helpful people. Scott definitely has the MVP award in the Lender of Angels Hall of Fame :] I will always keep his number locked in my phone and rave about his dedicated work to anyone I know who is looking to buy.

  Scott and his team are absolutely the best there is. My Realtor referred me to Scott after a seller denied my offer to buy their home, just because my pre-approval letter was from one of the big banks. I had no idea that could happen, but apparently it happens pretty often because they have such a bad reputation. So i reluctantly contacted scott. BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! He was responsive, knowledgeable, FAST, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. I shopped his interest rate and it could not be beat. We are so happy to be in our new home thanks to Scott and his team. Thank you!

  There aren’t enough stars or words to adequately rate Scott Tennant. This was our first home and he did his best to keep it as stress free and smoothe as possible. My job pays a little differently and he was determined to find a way to make it work and get the approval we deserved. Because of all his hard work at the beginning, once we found a house we loved, we were able to beat another offer because our loan was ready to go! We closed in 27 days and I didn’t even know that was possible. I could literally go on about his professionalism, availability, patience, and work ethic all day but the bottom line is...he started as our lender and we now consider him a friend.   This is my second time buying a house and I wish I would have known Scott for the first time. Words can't even explain how much Scott helped me through this process. If it weren't for him I don't know how I would of got through it. He responded to every text, phone call and email quickly every time and was able to answer all questions.
