  My experience with the Scott Grates team in Ilion has been amazing. I have never had such a knowledgeable and kind agent. Amy Sanders is selfless & truly cares about her customers. I have even been able to contact her after hours during an emergency! They look after ALL of my insurance policy’s and it is a comfort knowing she is always making sure my family has all of the coverage we need in every area of our lives. Their attentiveness comes very highly recommended!!

  I recently switched from Esurance to StateFarm and I like it very much. The rates are affordable and their customer service is fabulous. Nicole Demma has been assisting me when I was sigining up and she typically responds to my emails in milliseconds and I never had to worry whenever I needed her assistance.

  I was helped by nicole to buy home owners insurance as a first time homebuyer. She is great, quick worker and took care of everything for me. She also bundled my auto insurance with it and dropped my auto payment a ton! All in all a great experience with them, and will be referring my friends and family. Thank you nicole!   Carol is a wonderful insurance agent. She’s always helpful and available. She helped me with my car’s, homeowners, side by side, and snowmobile insurance. Very caring and all around great agent. I highly recommend State Farm in Ilion as your families insurance agency.
