  I initially met Scott at the recommendation of my fantastic Realtor®, Page Boxwell early on in my home search (2017) to figure out if I was a candidate to qualify for a home mortgage. I was taken back by the courteous, super friendly staff that greeted me. Scott came bounding out of his office and greeted me with a big smile. We went back to his office and went through my financial big picture, including history and goals. He gave me GREAT advice to help me make the right decision for myself and my two teenage children to wait a year, take the necessary steps to improve my finances and come back and see him to reassess. At the one year mark, I fell in love with a house, the price seemed fair in a competitive Clarke County market—and the incentives offered by the builder to finance with their mortgage lender was too good to pass up. I was heartbroken when I had to call Scott to tell him. He told me to keep him posted and ask him any questions along the way if I had any concerns—after I JUST told him I couldn't go with his services!! And, over the past few months, he did just that. I feel confident I got a competitive mortgage with Scott's guidance. He is meticulous, uses "broad picture" thinking and is constantly looking out for the best interests of his clients—and even his "almost clients". There is no one else I will use for future home mortgage shopping and I will gladly recommend Scott to all my friends, family and colleagues. He's a blast to get to know. He possesses a ton of knowledge (and a quick wit to boot!) that you can trust will help guide you along the way.

  If I could give Scott more than 5 Stars I would. Always made time and answered all my questions every step of the way. Felt like he always had my best interest and was honest. Made the home buying experience easy and enjoyable. I would have no problem recommending Scott to anyone for home finance. He really is a step above the rest!!!!!

  I have been a Realtor for 17+ years and I have worked with Scott for almost all of those. He is professional and honest. I know that when I send a client to him to get prequalified that if he says they are good to go, that they truly are good to go. Every client I have referred to him has been pleased and not one client ever had a delay in closing from the Lender side. I never have to worry about what is happening with my clients loan status. The communication I receive from the initial contact with him to follow up post closing is impressive and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Scott to buyers, friends, and even family.

  I cannot speak highly enough about Scott. I was shopping around for mortgage lenders and both Scott and Integrity stood out. We were lucky to find our dream home early in our search, and Scott's responsiveness was essential in getting us pre-approved and able to write an offer quickly. I appreciate that he still took the time to develop a full understanding of our goals and financial picture while managing to remain sensitive to our timeline.   I'm a Realtor and when I have clients that need a mortgage consultant I send them to Scott because I know he will give a fair and factual analysis of their ability to purchase a home. He is kind but truthful with the clients which saves both my clients and me from frustration on trying to purchase a home, when at that time it is not possible. He also counsels them on improving their financial status to enable them to purchase a home at a later date. I never have to worry during the purchase process concerning the financial side because he is always overseeing the process.

  Scott, simply put, is an outstanding person. Scott was put to the test with multiple applications on different houses, as issues arose with homes. Scott was always available, courteous and prompt. Scott went beyond normal practice. Scott acts as if the applications for a home are for his own home. We had some challenging issues, and Scott could not have done a finer job. I can tell you that I have the utmost respect for Scott, and consider him a friend as well as my mortgage broker. Scott is tireless and unrelenting when it comes to helping his clients and providing the most excellent service to ensure the client is happy. Scott checks in after to make sure all is well. Integrity- a word that embodies Scott and is second nature to Scott.
