  Been using Scott Credit Union for over ten years now and although I love the workers and tellers I see, the quality of tech seems to keep going down. The new mobile app works less efficient than the last and just today for the THIRD time at schnucks was card was declined 6 times in a row. Mind you, this is the schnucks in town too while a line of people were behind me. Customer service won’t answer because the hours are closed and now my card is locked. This is absolutely ridiculous considering I answered ‘Yes’ on the fraud alert text stating that I was trying to make the payment at schnucks with my card. It kept declining and now I’m unable to use my card until Tuesday when they’re open. Which means I now will be missing two days of work because I can’t use my card to get gas. Really considering leaving and finding somewhere new.

  Worst online banking I've ever seen. I have a small loan through them and EVERY time I've tried to log in to check the balance of the loan my password doesn't work, and if I try to reset my password on the screen that asks for only my username I only get the response that I have entered an incorrect password. If I try to recover the login information I must provide my member number, which I don't have because I don't have access to my e-statements, because for some reason my saved password doesn't work, and I can't request a password reset because I have apparently entered an incorrect password on a screen that doesn't ask for it. This is beyond frustrating, it's 2021 how can your online banking site be so comically terrible? Response: I emailed customer service immediately before posting this review detailing this frustration and notifying them that I wanted access to my account to learn the payoff balance of my loan so that I could take my business elsewhere. I have gotten no response from them as of yet, so I will send the email address to this social feedback and see if they are more timely than the customer "service" people.

  Mostly reviewing the say that this location really isn't here anymore. I'm not sure if the ATM still works but I haven't tried either. I think Google maps needs to delete this location

  The loan department has some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a really long time. I got a car loan through them because my dealer used them for financing and have ended up refinancing through a different financial institution even with a little higher rate because the customer service here was terrible. I’m not sure about the credit union as a whole but would not recommend for car loans. Very disappointing experience.

  I moved to California and closed my SCU accounts a number of years ago. Today I receive a letter from a collection agency for $71.33. Have not received any contact from SCU, mail, phone, or email. Called the credit union and they say an auto credit card payment posted a year ago. I have banked with Wells Fargo since I moved to California in January of 2006.

  Deanne Shanklin, branch manager, has an excellent group of employees. I always am greeted upon entering. This is the place for your financial business. Scott Credit Union has many locations through out the metro east area. I strongly suggest that you become a member at SCU, in place of just being a customer at a bank.

  Michael McFarland was about as TOP of the line as it gets. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Brass hat experience---Not to mention Savannah is the greatest employee

  ATM is down practically every time I try to deposit a check or cash.

  I've been going to this location since I was a kid and I go inside a lot. Every person that I've met here has always been super nice and personable. Good job 👍🏻
