  Yesterday I went through the drive thru to make a deposit at the branch located at 8866 Ladue Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124. Austin was the rudest teller I have ever experienced. He carelessly deposited my money into another person's account without verifying my name or date of birth on my license which I sent in with the deposit. When I made him aware of his mistake he rudely stated "just send it back in" and hung up in my face as I was speaking. I went inside the branch to address this issue were he continued to be rude and unapologetic about his mistake. Another worker was kind enough to apologize on his behalf and make small talk with me. His silence spoke volumes as to his lack of respect or care for customer service. I understand mistakes happen and would not have been so upset had he handled the situation better. After fixing the mistake he still remained rude as he handed me my new receipt. Highly do not recommend going to him as your teller.

  As always, every time I go into a SCU branch I leave fully satisfied. This branch helped me get my terrible first car dealership loan refinanced over 6% lower on the interest rate. Not only that but Chase went over how car dealerships take advantage of customers and informed me to get a pre approved quote from SCU to save money and stress moving forward. Not only do I highly recommend SCU, if you venture into this branch I highly recommend requesting Chase to help you. Thanks again SCU!!

  If you need anything from the Columbia IL branch, go inside and see them. Very friendly and helpful people WHO WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!. I've tried on several occasions to call since it is easier during the Covid situation. calling 10-12 times per occasion the phone always goes to voice mail. Left a number to get called back and never got a call back. tried calling the 1-800 customer service line and had at least a 45 minute wait each time.

  In person they are great. Got a quick question to ask over the phone, you can forget about it! I'm on hold now for over 25 minutes just to ask about having my name removed off my son's orginal car loan. Nobody has answered the phone! It's ridculous!

  Our apologies for the long wait you experienced calling our Member Contact Center. We have been experiencing longer than expected wait times and are working to correct the issue. We would like to mention that we do offer a call back feature that will hold your place and automatically call you back when your spot comes up. While we understand that it doesn’t fix the issue it will save you from having to stay on the phone waiting the entire time.

  This is my fav branch to come to they are always really nice and i typically dont have to wait long. One of the team members (i think he is a manager) calls me by name when i go inside!

  I love this bank I’m more grateful that they excepted me to be part of it! Never had any issues with them always have great customer service experience I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bank!!
