      Love this place, been coming here for years and took out my first mortgage here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Even with COVID, they go above and beyond to make sure customers feel safe and everything is so clean. Forever a customer here.

      Well I am a new customer to Schuyler, not only did they mail my checks and debit card to the wrong address, when I called to inquire there was no follow up. Yet they insisted they did. I have a home phone and a cell and there was not a single message left. Today I try their drive through in Kearny and I patiently wait and wait and finally I honk my horn once thinking maybe no one sees me. A young woman comes to the window with attitude, not a good morning, sorry for the wait or a thank you have a nice day. Well I was going to start bringing my accounts over from another bank but that’s not happening.

      Honestly never would have said anything except for the fact that she had the nerve to speak to me in a very very disrespectful tone in front of my family. I came in to get a loan and the manager told me in her exact words " do you know how much work that is for me?" In the RUDEST WAY EVER! I'm sorry if doeing your job is alot of work. I swear I used to love this bank but honestly after this encounter with Mrs. Lili i will be sure to empty my accounts and move my business else where. You just don't speak to people that way.
