  We worked with Vance Vanevenhoven at Epic Mortgage Consultants / Best Capital Funding. He was recommended to us by a friend of ours. He was able to get us a great rate on refinancing a rental property and a primary residence in 2 different states. We had a short deadline to get a difficult refi done on the rental and Vance and staff were able to get it done when other lenders dragged their feet.
