As a member for 40+ years It was great finding a location outside of busy Southern California. so while driving through Sacramento, north on the I-5 I was able to easily find this location using Google Maps surprisingly a big building, I was greeted by friendly staff, the seemingly empty credit union was quick to get in and out. They have all your needs here, drive-thru, outside ATM, handicap parking even bicycle parking, a parking lot big enough for a truck and trailer to pull up.

We've always been happy with the staff and their customer service especially one of their bank specialists - SAL. He is not only efficient but he also helped us avoid charges in our transactions. He also signed us up I an account that will yield higher rate. And lastly, he called us the next day to make sure that our transaction went well. Keep up the good work. Again, thanks for the help SAL.

      Response from the owner

My account had 2500 stolen out of my account. The bank said that i gave them my bank account information (which i would never give out) to the people and my fraud protection was denied. My visa was then closed after i made a payment plan to get caught up. I spent my last dollar to catch up with this problem then they said sorry we are closing your account and visa due to negative balances after only 45 days. They ruined my credit and left me to pay back all of the money stolen. Then expect me to continue to make payments due after closing my only credit card. She was like im sorry. Well obviously not! They domt keep their word or help if someone takes out money thats not in your account.

I have been banking at Schools for over a decade. I have always been treated nice every time ( over the phone or in person). I love that Schools is a credit union. Also I have had several loans with Schools over the years. Getting a loan is a quick and simple process at Schools. That's why I love this bank.

Occasionally long waiting periods over the phone, but their staff is extremely friendly and their loan rates are arguably some of the better ones. An all around great credit union.

This location was an horrible experience for me i waited almost 45 mins just to get a new card and when i ask to speak to a manager they told me supervisor rosa was rude and racial didn't want to help nor work with me was busy after she looked at me this place was a very bad customer experience for me i prefer to go to elk grove location. Wouldn't recommend this location for business enough on a slow day your waiting more than 30mins.
