  I currently have a payday advance loan with this company. For the most part the staff are helpful. But when it comes to serving the customer with the best service, I rate a (-1). The contracts change and your not made aware until after the fact when its time to sign the contract. I have no problem with the change in the contract. However one staff member Lisa gave me the incorrect information and when asked about it she lied. I feel the regional manager on staff at the office handled me little to no concern. I have been a customer with this company for sometime now, and I have never made a late payment. The late fee was paid by myself, but as a courtesy from the "regional" manager, she could have offer to waived a least half of the late fee if not all. Because the staff member Lisa gave me the incorrect information. I am not pleased with my service at all. If I could afford to pay $600 and close my account I would! Updated information 5/14/14 I can say that this is the most unprofessional business. I voice my review on here and now I'm treated like I committed a crime. I wanted to renew my loan only because I needed some additional funds. The manager said that she couldn't renew my loan. Funny now that I complained on here that she feels as though I able to renew. I soooo happy to say that I will be making my last payment and will not be returning to this business. I would not refer this company to anyone not even my worst enemy. The way the staff treats their customer is very unnecessary. Also the manager said that she could get back with her bosses to change my account status if I were to change my review. Can we say heck no! Change my thoughts just to be able to borrow more funds. I think not!

  I was just in the office the ladies worked with me... They were nice and very helpful.. LaShonda said this was her 3rd week and it seemed like she has been there for a while.. And i loved the manager Mrs. Brown

  This is one of the BEST places to get a loan , especially is this is your first time getting a loan , the staff are extremely professional and nice . They dont make you feel awkward about needing extra money , they dont get to deep into your business , they just simply do their job in a wonderful way! The manager is the best! I would recommend anyone to this place!

  I am not a customer nor would I want to be one after such a horrible experience. A family member of mine has a loan with these people and when I asked for them not to call me they refused (Yvette)..I spoke with a manager at that location (Victory Dr.) to be asked 20 questions and then get response, "was yea ok" and called me by the wrong name when I corrected her she said, "well whatever." So I called the other location to find out who was over both locations to find out it was a lady name Sharon...she gets on the phone and places me on an immediate hold for 7 1/2 minutes, to have another young lady ask if she could call me back. ..REALLY!!! So, I found the customer service number to find out its just a messaging system. ..horrible customer service...really curious to see if someone calls me back! ! If I could give negative stars I would!!
