  Lets be honest, buying a house can be a pretty stressful and scary experience.   It was an amazing experience working with Nancy and her team. When my fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home Nancy and her team walked us through every step of the process and did an amazing job explaining and presenting all of our option.   Totally Amazing is an understatement!!! Thanks, Nancy, Mariana, Isabel for helping us get our dream home! The condo I purchased has an existing lawsuit against the AOAO. All the lenders I contacted prior to Sapphire Mortgage declined to help due to the pending case or I walked away as their rates and costs were too high. At one point, I thought it was impossible to purchase the condo. Thank goodness for Google, I found Sapphire Mortgage. The team is super knowledgeable and has the expertise to shop and find the right lender with the best rates that's willing to fund the loan in this situation. Problem Solved! The experience I had with the team from start to finish was pure satisfaction. They are very professional, great communication skills, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Sapphire Mortgage as they are well structured and organized and most importantly they will not disappoint!

Thankfully our realtor referred us to Nancy and I have nothing but great things to say. She worked incredibly hard and quickly, with positivity and professionalism.   Nancy and her team really went above and beyond to find us the best rate as first time home buyers. They were quick with the pre-approval letters we needed to view homes during the pandemic. We had a very complicated end of year closing process and Nancy continued working with the loan company to the very end to make sure we got the best rate possible and closed on December 31st! At one point she was calling the HOA to get new paperwork submitted so the entire complex would qualify for FHA loans. Our loan required an online course and Nancy was able to provide us a code to take the course at no charge. I wish that we would have taken the course earlier in the process, but things moved so quickly that it didn’t come up until it was required. I’m very grateful to Nancy and the family who recommended her to us. When we first spoke with her we didn’t even think we’d get approved and she guided us through the process and helped us make small changes to bring our rate down even more.

  Nancy & all the professional women at Sapphire Mortgage are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining the best mortgage, refinance, or HELOC loan. I contacted Nancy Bayron after seeking refi on my home that would have closing costs. Instead she knew about a great HELOC loan option where bank would pay off existing mortgage, approve me for a HELOC, & lock in my mortgage amount into 1st lien position for 15 years with no closing costs & low interest! So rather than me sit on hold for 45 minutes waiting on hold to talk to a loan officer, they handled everything & all my questions. Ive referred them to anyone considering refinancing their home in Hawaii.
