  Horrible, rude, inconsiderate people. The manager is the worst. The disrespect is outrageous. Awful awful people, place and bank I’d give -5 if it were an option. Take your business elsewhere save yourself.

  This is the worst branch experience I have ever had! Branch manager Luis who was working on Sept 18, was rude and kept us waiting for above 30 minutes and was not polite about wait, he caused us! He did not even educate us about the promotional offers bank was running or told us how to fetch one. I find that most upsetting!

  The worst branch of the worst bank. Let's start with the fact there's no parking. Secondly, today is June 1st. The first of the month is when everyone gets their government payments or whatever, and they have one teller working. But this is pretty standard for this location. If you see 2 tellers working it's like seeing a unicorn. If wish to all that is holy that my job didn't do their banking here so I wouldn't be put through this every single day. I would never bank here for my personal account. Ever.

  It is one of the few Santander banks that I have Serving my house and usually when I go to use the ATMs they are always broken, which forces me to always have to drive to Chelsea 😡

  Teller failed to mention that me crossing out something on a check i wrote to myself, that they would hold my fund for 6th businesses days after rather than 2. I even pointed out and asked if the mark I made was okay... This ruined the holiday for me and my family

  I am customer at this location for about 8 years and so far so good, waiting time is not bad,friendly people, and multi services as well, withdraw, deposit ,check account, mobile app.... One l like so much there at Revere branch is multi languages, English, Spanish, Arabic, Albanian..... Why 4 stars only because the parking lot isn't enough sometimes......

  I have almost 5 years with santander, but always I have to pay ATM because is nothing close to me house and when I go to the bank ATM always don't work
