  Great people in this location. They are never rude or ignore you. Building needs some updates but it's clean and in good repair. Parking is easy in the rear or on the street. Drive thru ATM is behind Cumberland Farms.

  Terrible bank. Not friendly or helpful. Makes cashing a check difficult, even when the check is draw off their bank. The tellers make you feel like a criminal. Don't do banking here!

  No stars ideally. Santander severely limits wire transfer amounts, supposedly in our best interest but in reality they make it very difficult to securely move money out of their bank. Also, they make husband and wife use different pin numbers on the exact same account, and they force you to have one pin number for web access and a different pin number for telephone access (e.g. password resets.) Finally, for at least 10 years, they put monthly statements into the US Mail for FREE. Now they charge us for paper reports! In short, Santander is messy, they nickel-and-dime you to death, and they are hard-to-do-business with. AVOID SANTANDER!!

  If you don't have an account with them they charge a percentage of the payroll check just to cash a check. I guess that's how banks make the money they do,I suppose!!
